Altis is seeking a strategic, hands-on finance leader in Ottawa (hybrid, 2 days in office) to transition from outsourced accounting to a fully in-house function, building controls, processes and reporting for growth. Report to the COO, you will own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial modelling for expansion of clinic locations, develop KPI dashboards, and ensure ASPE/GAAP compliance.
