Your role involves collaborating with operational leaders to support financial planning and decision-making processes. A robust background in financial analysis will help you deliver meaningful reports and guidance to the management team. Key Responsibilities:

- Support financial decision-making with program leaders
- Prepare and review financial reports for accuracy
- Engage in quarterly reviews, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Provide financial insights for business cases and funding
- Track program costs and improve financial systems Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Accounting
- CPA designation required or in process
- 3-5 years’ experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables
- Excellent communication and relational skills Contribute to impactful, organization-wide initiatives with a collaborative approach.
