Position Scope

Reporting to Elevator Manager, the Elevator Administrator at Canada Malting Co.



Limited is responsible for providing customer service and relations to growers and producers and to provide administrative office support to the Elevator Manager and other personnel.

Responsibilities
Manage daily/weekly grain databases/charts for distribution to managers
Gather all freight invoices for distribution and payment to head office
Other admin duties as assigned

Skills & Experience
Basic math skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Organizational skills
