Essential Functions
2+ years of software development experience preferably in Java
Broad knowledge of software development concepts
Codes in at least one language; exposed to multiple languages, frameworks and tools
Understands existing designs of their designated product area at a higher level
Expanded understanding of how several key systems interoperate and the business problems they solve

Process




SDLC processes are followed, including adopting agile-based processes/meetings, peer code-reviews, and technical preparations required for scheduled releases.
Follows existing coding standards

Impact
Fixes defects, develops recent features or enhancements with supervision
Writes basic tests of small scope and complexity
