The A/P Specialist is responsible for processing and posting of invoices with high degree of accuracy and assist with both the Vendor Statement review and Vendor Invoice matching processes. This position will also assist with both month-end and year-end close and reporting.

Job Duties
Participation in all aspects of accounts payable processing including preparing, verifying, and posting of invoices with high degree of accuracy
Work with Purchasing/Receiving departments to resolve Price/Quantity discrepancies
Reconcile vendor statements in a timely fashion
Communicate with vendors to resolve payment/other inquiries
Participation in month-end close process
Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications
A minimum of one year accounts payable experience;
Successful completion of Business Administration – Accounting diploma program or
related education preferred;
Experience working with an ERP system (preferably Epicor)
High attention to detail;
Able to work independently as well as to perform effectively in a team oriented environment; deadlines;




Ability to work in a high performing culture, under pressure and with time-sensitive
Robust computer skills in Microsoft Office – notably Excel & Word, Outlook, Teams; and other accounting/manufacturing programs.
Comfortable working remotely and in office setting
