SalesForce Business System Analyst

We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Salesforce Business System Analyst to join our energetic team for our client, one of the major banks.

Must Have Skills:
Have an in‑depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms and their functionalities (Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.)
Have extensive experience in gathering requirements for Salesforce features and functionality, including integration‑related work with Salesforce systems
Have built/configured out‑of‑the‑box features/functionality leveraging the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform




Have hands‑on experience with Financial Services Cloud (e.g., user setup and management, page layout configuration, etc.)
Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancement
To collaborate to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
With the working experience with Salesforce technologies and best practices
To ensure availability of the Salesforce platform and resolve application issues
Accredited Salesforce Administrator (Administrator or Advanced Administrator) is an asset

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred
