The Opportunity

As a member of this litigation team, you will have the chance to work on matters spanning the full life cycle of complex litigation, including:

Strategic dispute-oriented advice on active commercial matters Negotiations and dispute resolution strategy Mediations and settlement discussions Trial work and arbitration proceedings

Qualifications

4 to 7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation from a national, regional or a reputable boutique law firm Robust analytical, advocacy, and practice management skills Excellent written and oral communication abilities The ability to manage multiple complex litigation matters and work effectively within a collaborative team A strong interest in developing a long-term commercial litigation practice Above average academic credentials and a solid employment history. Qualified to practice law in Canada
