Key Responsibilities
Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring top-quality service and efficiency
Recruit, train, and coach a diverse and enthusiastic team
Maintain high standards in food preparation, safety, and cleanliness
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu offerings that enhance the dining experience
Manage inventory, ordering, and weekly scheduling
Manage staff performance through effective team management, training, and development




Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety
Oversee cash management and POS transactions with Micros POS systems
Foster a respectful, positive team culture with open communication
Drive business growth by meeting financial targets and enhancing sales

Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles
Strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations
Familiarity with Micros POS systems preferred
Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
Barista or hospitality experience is a plus but not required

Pay: CA$23.00 - CA$26.00 per hour
