Our Shop Helpers deliver exceptional service to internal/external customers by performing maintenance, set up, & assorted duties for the service dept. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and team-oriented environment that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities
Perform minor repairs on equipment
May do pre-delivery inspection, assemble/service all types of equipment
Assist Service Techs with repairs
Maintenance, cleaning/tidying duties for all areas of the shop/grounds
Ensure safety regulations are followed by self & others
Participate in training to increase skills/knowledge
Build & maintain constructive co-worker relationships





Requirements
Positive attitude, willingness to learn
Mechanically minded, experience performing repairs/maint
Knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrical systems an asset
Farming background/experience an asset
Familiarity with John Deere & competitive products an asset
High School Diploma/equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays
