Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a contact for resolving manufacturing challenges
• Create and manage essential manufacturing documentation
• Engage in daily production meetings for updates




• Support closure of NCRs during MRB meetings
• Conduct thorough root cause analyses for manufacturing issues
Requirements:
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering within high-tech assembly
• Comprehensive knowledge of Electro-Optical and Process Engineering
• Effective technical communication skills
• Understanding of lean principles for improvement
• Ability to troubleshoot during production
