This position demands a robust understanding of human resources in a unionized context, emphasizing coaching, policy interpretation, and problem-solving to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver HR solutions aligning with client's business objectives
- Guide managers in employee management and development
- Oversee conflicts, grievances,
and organizational planning
- Ensure understanding and application of HR policies and agreements
- Leverage expertise to enhance team functionality Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of HR services in unionized settings
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills
