Position Summary The Strategic Partner Manager is responsible for developing and strengthening C-Therm's global network of distribution partners and working with our strategic supplier relationships. This role serves as the primary relationship manager for assigned partners, helping them grow sales through business planning, technical training, sales enablement, marketing initiatives, and strategic customer support.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires frequent international travel to build strong relationships, support customers, deliver training, and represent C-Therm at industry events. Success is measured by the growth and effectiveness of our distribution partners and the long-term value they create for C-Therm and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor leadership and sales teams.
- Create annual business plans, growth strategies, and performance objectives with each partner.
- Conduct regular business reviews and monitor partner performance against agreed goals.
- Train partners on C-Therm products, applications, competitive positioning, and consultative sales techniques.
- Support key customer meetings, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proposal development.
- Work with partners to identify new market opportunities, target accounts, and emerging applications.
- Coordinate joint marketing initiatives including webinars, trade shows, customer workshops, and product launches.
- Monitor pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance, implementing improvement plans where required.
- support pricing, discounts, and quotations for strategic opportunities
- Gather and communicate customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to internal teams.




- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Applications, Engineering, and Product Development to ensure partner success.
- Travel internationally to visit distributors, support strategic opportunities, deliver training, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- Five or more years of experience in technical sales, channel or partner management, business development, or scientific instrumentation.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work effectively in technical markets.
- Highly organized with strong planning and project management skills.
- Experience working with international customers or distribution partners.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a frequent basis (approximately 30–40% of the time), including occasional trips of one to two weeks in duration.

Preferred

- Experience in scientific instrumentation, laboratory equipment, materials characterization, or thermal analysis.
- Experience supporting distributors in Asia, Middle East and Europe.
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).

Pay: $50,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
