- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across services
- Lead RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for vendor engagement
- Perform market analysis to deliver value
- Negotiate high-value supplier contracts with legal input
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and initiatives Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years in strategic sourcing or procurement
- Leadership experience of 3+ years
- Relevant designations such as SCMP or CIPS preferred
- Experience in mining or oil & gas is advantageous
