This full-time role serves as the Foundation's stewardship expert, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications.

You will establish and implement a robust stewardship strategy while fostering relationships across departments. This position emphasizes creativity and collaboration to improve donor satisfaction and retention with personalized engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a foundation-wide stewardship strategy
- Manage donor recognition and acknowledgment programs
- Craft customized impact reports demonstrating donor outcomes




- Strengthen connections through personalized engagement opportunities
- Collaborate with various departments for effective communication Requirements:
- 7–10 years in fundraising and donor relations
- Experience with donor stewardship and engagement
- Knowledge of healthcare philanthropy is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
