Clean roadways and parking lots as directed.

Safely operate a motorized sweeper and other motorized maintenance/construction equipment.

Clears manually areas the equipment may not be able to clean, using brooms, rakes, etc.

Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; make minor adjustments and repairs. General maintenance.

Cleans out various filter, vacuum lines of sweeper.

High attention to detail, follow oral and written instructions, assist with other duties as required.

Dumps collected refuse into piles or trucks for disposal.

Operates controls to activate rotary brushes and water spray to facilitate debris and dust collection.

Records information associated with specific tasks carried out.

- Ability to work continuously for prolonged periods of time.
- Willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends.
- DZ license preferred.

Compensation based on experience.
