About Us
Panda CrossFit Lab is a community-driven CrossFit gym built on one simple mission: to help people live happier and healthier lives. We believe fitness is about more than fitness — it's about consistency, connection, and coaching that treats every member like family, not a number on an attendance sheet. We're growing, and we're looking for a passionate coach who wants to grow with us.
Our Values
- Community over competition — we celebrate progress at every level, not just the fittest in the room
- People first, policy second — rules exist to protect the community, and we lead with empathy before enforcement
- Coaching is relationship-building — we know our members' names, stories, and goals, not just their numbers
- Consistency builds trust — every member gets the same quality of coaching, no matter who's on the floor
- Growth mindset, always — for members and coaches alike, always learning, always improving
If these values resonate with you, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
We're looking for a Strength & Conditioning / CrossFit Coach to lead engaging, safe, and effective group classes alongside personal training sessions,
for members of all levels — from first-day beginners to competitive athletes. You'll be a visible, energetic presence on the floor and a key part of what makes our community feel like a second home, with real opportunity to grow as our Personal Training division expands.

- Foster a welcoming, non-intimidating environment for new and existing members
- Recognize and celebrate member milestones (PRs, attendance streaks, first pull-up, etc.)

Operations
- Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled classes and sessions (minimum 15 minutes early)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment
- Report equipment issues,
safety concerns, or maintenance needs promptly
- Log attendance and relevant class/session notes
Team & Culture
- Communicate professionally and collaboratively with fellow coaches
- Bring enthusiasm, motivation, and energy in and out of the gym
- Attend coach meetings, training sessions, and check-ins as required

Qualifications
- Genuine passion for fitness and a desire to make a positive impact in people's lives
- Experience as a personal trainer or strength & conditioning coach (already working with clients is a bonus)
- Exercise Science degree and/or CrossFit Level 1 (or higher) certification preferred, not required
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (required)
