As part of Stantec's Energy & Resources division, the Regional Sector Leader will drive growth initiatives in Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and Recent Brunswick. You will leverage your deep understanding of the mining industry, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure effective execution of sector projects. Collaborate with sector leaders to assess regional market opportunities
Identify and pursue strategic sector prospects in Canada East




Develop long-term growth strategies for key clients and projects
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulations
Coach and mentor professionals across the region Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
15 years of industry experience, 10 years managing pursuits/proposals
Deep knowledge of engineering project delivery
Proven leadership and team development skills
