As part of its expansion, the company is looking for a Business Development Manager with a true hunter mentality to help accelerate its commercial growth. This is a great chance for someone who enjoys opening doors, developing new markets and selling a high-value solution rather than simply pushing a product.

The Role

Working closely with senior management and the technical team, you will play a key role in developing new business opportunities and growing the company's presence in the market.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities with real estate developers, architects, contractors, cooperatives, non-profit organizations and other industry stakeholders
Identify upcoming projects and build a robust sales pipeline
Present and explain an innovative solution to different decision-makers and stakeholders




Guide prospects through a consultative and technical sales cycle
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners
Collaborate with technical teams throughout the sales and project development process
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, demonstrations and networking activities
Contribute to market development in Quebec, with potential opportunities outside the province

What's Offered
Base salary: $80,000–$90,000, with flexibility based on experience
