- Provide one-on-one counselling to students
- Conduct student intake assessments and develop comprehensive files
- Lead campus wellness events and initiatives
- Refer students to appropriate college and community resources
- Collaborate on college-wide wellness initiatives Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling
- Minimum five years of relevant counselling experience
- Registered with a relevant regulatory body
- Knowledge of equity deserving student needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational technology Utilize your expertise in counselling and student support to cultivate an enriching workplace at NSCC.
