We are looking for motivated and dependable subcontractors to join our team and work directly alongside the owner on a variety of residential renovation and construction projects.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as framing, masonry, or concrete finishing.
- Install and repair structures including cabinets, flooring, tiles, drywall, and other building components with precision.
- Conduct concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work to ensure durable and high-quality surfaces.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations throughout each phase of construction.
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across a variety of renovation tasks, including:
- General construction and renovation work

You do not need to be an expert in every trade,



but you should be willing and able to learn and assist with different aspects of residential renovation work.

- Drywall installation and finishing

- Trim and finish work

- Kitchen and bathroom renovations

- Demolition and preparation
- Jobsite cleanup and organization

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction or related trades with a solid understanding of construction processes.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, concrete forming equipment, and heavy machinery operation.
- Skilled in carpentry, masonry, tile laying, flooring installation, drywall installation, painting, or restoration work.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards.
