You will build it from scratch, hire and lead a crew, sell to real customers, and manage actual P&L.; Part time in the first semester and full-time in the summer, you’ll gain hands-on general management experience and a mentor relationship that lasts beyond the season. Average earnings during the first year are 27k–29k CAD.
