JOB DESCRIPTION: $60-$71/hour - 2x/week onsite - 4 month contract with extensions
Lead Agile coaching engagements and business agility transformations within large enterprise organizations.
Coach executives, product leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams on Agile best practices.
Facilitate PI Planning, QBRs, workshops, and leadership sessions.
Guide operating model changes, organizational design, and Agile adoption strategies.
Drive continuous improvement through Agile metrics, assessments, and coaching plans.
Partner with stakeholders to remove impediments and improve delivery effectiveness.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
10+ years of experience in Agile environments, including 2+ years as a dedicated Agile Coach.
Proven experience leading Agile transformation initiatives in large organizations.
Experience coaching senior leaders, directors, and VPs.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.




Experience facilitating executive-level planning and Agile ceremonies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to work independently in client-facing settings.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management.
Experience with business agility or operating model transformation programs.
Agile certifications such as Secure, CSP, or equivalent.
