Job Purpose
The Mercedes-Benz Commercial Outdoor Vans Sales Specialist is responsible for the sale of vans to existing or current customers. They are expected to meet both sales quota and gross profit targets on a consistent basis. They successful candidate will be expected to capture business from outside the dealership to obtain new business. Sales consultants must also meet, (or exceed), CSI (customer satisfaction), objectives.

This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to selling vehicles and providing customer excellence, specifically is required to prospect customers outdoors.

Compensation
Expected annual earnings for the ideal candidate range from $42,000 to $92,000+, including base salary and performance-based commissions. Top performers have the opportunity to exceed this range.





Requirements

Minimum of three years of experience in the automotive industry with a proven track record.

Proven ability to influence change and effectively lead projects.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.

Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.

Proficient with ADP and Reynolds systems; ability to operate PC-based software, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Strong leadership skills

Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence

Clear Driver's Abstract.

Valid OMVIC License

High School Diploma or equivalent

Business to Business Experience required
