About the Company

We are a large brokerage located in Vaughan, and we are currently looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Personal Lines Account Manager to grow with our team.

About the Role

If you have a minimum of 5+ years experience as a Licensed Account Manager / CSR, RIBO or OTL licensed for at least 5 years and have a desire to continue their insurance career in a highly energetic and positive setting.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate must have solid work ethic and organization skills, be a team player have ability to work in a rapid-paced insurance brokerage.
Above average service and computer skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
(TAM) Agency Manager or EPIC Broker Management System, Applied Rating services and the company portals would be an asset.

Qualifications
RIBO license (active)
OTL License (willing to convert to RIBO)




University Degree or College Diploma
CAIB, CPIB or CIP designation (or working toward it) is an asset

Required Skills
Minimum of 5 years experience in Personal Lines while holding a RIBO license or OTL license
Outstanding relationship building and client service
Proficient in Agency Manager, Epic, Power Broker, various insurance company portals and Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication

Preferred Skills
Experience with (TAM) Agency Manager or Epic Broker Management System
Experience with Applied Rating Services and the company portals

Pay range and compensationfor this role is $60,000 -$75,000
