Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in operating the community outreach program. Working with the Manager of Housing, Shelters, & Community Services, your responsibilities include staff supervision, crisis management, and fostering resident life skills. Ensure that every family feels respected and valued while maintaining program standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Guide the onboarding and training for recent support staff
- Monitor program intake processes and resident interactions
- Provide leadership and training to volunteers
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members
- Stay observant to uphold safety and policy adherence Requirements:
- Background in human and social services is preferred
- Knowledge of homelessness and mental health issues
- Strong analytical and communication skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
