Your leadership will be crucial in fostering team-oriented municipal partnerships, improving processes, and monitoring senior government policies related to land use. Work on enhancing the planning framework through strategic guidance and execution of special projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise planning staff and development projects
- Lead special project coordination and review committees
- Assess impacts of government policy changes
- Facilitate developer inquiries and requests
- Provide leadership in policy development initiatives Requirements:
- Degree in Planning or equivalent experience
- Full membership in the Canadian Institute of Planners
- At least five years of planning-related experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
