Under the direction of the Manager, Refresh Café is looking for a Supervisor who is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Café including staffing, cost controls, staff training, budgeting, administration and active floor management during service.

What you will be doing as a Supervisor:

- Supervising and training staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge, as well as ensuring high standard of beverage preparation and presentation;
- Ensuring consistency and high quality of beverages and food products;
- Interacting with customers, addressing inquiries and handling any complaints;
- Monitoring stock levels and keeping waste levels to a minimum;
- Such other related duties and responsibilities as may be required from time to time.

The person we are looking for has:

- A valid Serve Right Certification is an asset,
- High attention to detail and cleanliness;
- Passionate about customer service;




- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum;
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to engage our guests;
- Experience in a similar workplace an asset;
