Troy is a 2025 winner of Canada's Best Managed Companies program! Our Winnipeg, MB branch is currently looking for an experienced Sprinkler Estimator/Project Manager to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for estimating, as well as project management of renovations and small sprinkler contract projects. The focus of this position will be to expand Troy's market potential in the region and improve execution and profitability of projects.

Responsibilities
Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tenders opportunities
Completing pre‑qualification documents, reviewing drawings/specifications, developing proposals, securing purchase orders/contracts
Conducting site visits and liaising effectively with consultants, engineers,



general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades
Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews
Coordinating design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change orders

Qualifications
Post‑secondary diploma preferred
5 years' experience in estimating sprinkler contracts is preferred
3–5 years experience with design, installation or sales and project management experience in fire protection
Knowledge of NFPA 13 codes is considered an asset
Demonstrated organizational skills
Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
Bilingual in English and French considered a robust asset
