Conduct preventative maintenance on various heavy-duty vehicles
Diagnose and repair diesel engines and after-treatment systems
Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems on fleet equipment
Complete Commercial Vehicle Inspections (CVIP) accurately
Mentor apprentices and support their technical development Requirements:
Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification required
Valid Class 5 driver's licence with minimal demerits
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
Strong communications skills and a passion for quality workmanship
