Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations, including jewelry styling tips and makeup application techniques when applicable
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring smooth checkout processes
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight key products and seasonal collections
- Engage customers through upselling techniques to promote new arrivals and exclusive items
- Manage front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering questions, and directing inquiries efficiently
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing product samples, and assisting with stock counts




- Communicate effectively with team members across shifts to ensure seamless store operations

Skills

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably in luxury or jewelry retail environments
- Strong cash handling skills with familiarity using POS systems for transactions
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse clientele
- Excellent communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly explain product features
- Basic math skills for processing payments, giving change, and managing sales totals accurately
- Ability to perform product demos, makeup applications, or styling consultations as needed
- Strong organizational skills for merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
