Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized qualified to handle basic IT support, office infrastructure, and facilities-related matters across two company locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic IT support to employees, including computers, printers, phones, Wi-Fi, and other office equipment.
- Create and manage user accounts, access permissions, and passwords.
- Maintain an inventory of all IT and office equipment across both locations.
- Track the issuance, return, transfer, and condition of equipment.
- Maintain an up-to-date equipment list showing the responsible employee and equipment location.
- Coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and disposal when necessary.
- Monitor the technical condition of the offices and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate with contractors regarding repairs, cleaning, internet, security, equipment maintenance, and other services.
- Manage keys, access cards, and employee access to the facilities.
- Purchase and track office supplies, consumables, and equipment.
- Set up workstations for new employees.
- Maintain the cleanliness, order, and proper functioning of office and facility areas.
- Coordinate minor repairs and routine maintenance.
- Travel regularly between the company’s two locations.
- Handle ongoing administrative and facilities-related tasks.
- Maintain office plants, including regular watering.
- Welcome guests and visitors, escort them when necessary, or notify the appropriate employee of their arrival.
- Monitor supplies of water, paper, and other essential office items.
- Move water, paper, and other materials between floors, including delivery to the second floor.
- Maintain order and ensure that necessary supplies are available in all work areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT support, office management, facilities, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently resolve day-to-day technical and facilities-related issues.
- Responsible, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively with contractors and suppliers.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, Wi-Fi, and office IT systems.
- Good English language skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly between the company’s two locations .
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
