Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:

- Support users in the evolution, optimization and use of technological solutions.

- Ensure the operational management of the systems under your responsibility and monitor their performance.

- Collect, analyze and document business needs and improvement requests.

- Act as an intermediary between users and implementation teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet business needs.

- Plan, coordinate and perform user testing (UAT) and system acceptance activities.

- Support change management, training and coaching activities during the implementation of recent solutions.

- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

The Profile Sought Is As Follows

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, administration or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology, including 5 years in business management.

- Experience with large-scale projects and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

- Mastery of process modeling with BPMN.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
