Position: Systems Testing Specialist Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Job ID#: RQ00743 Duration: 7 Months (with possible extension) Role Overview We are seeking an Intermediate Systems Testing/QA Specialistto support testing and quality assurance activities for large-scale enterpriseapplications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing,executing, and maintaining testing processes across multiple platforms,ensuring high-quality deliverables and alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications Post-secondarydegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Certificationin Software Quality

Engineering or an equivalent credential is considereda robust asset. Minimumof 4 years of experience performing testing for large-scale applications,including: Webapplications Cloud-basedintegrations Mobileplatforms Experienceexecuting testing activities and coordinating with team members to supporttimely project delivery. Stronganalytical skills with the ability to understand: Businessprocesses Informationsystems Accessibilityrequirements Hands-onexperience performing: FunctionalTesting IntegrationTesting RegressionTesting UserAcceptance Testing (UAT) Experiencewith API testing and AODA testing is considered an asset.

Technical Capabilities

Strongexperience executing test cycles, analyzing results, and managing the fulldefect lifecycle using tools such as: OpenTextALM JIRA X-Ray Confluence Experiencewith automated testing tools including: MicroFocus UFT / OpenText UFT TOSCA Selenium Strongunderstanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Providetimely testing reports and recommendations to project stakeholders. Developand implement automated testing frameworks and scripts as required usingtools such as: UFT Selenium Cucumber Serenity(BDD) Collaboratewith project teams, business analysts, and developers to create and managetest data and testing scenarios.

Supportquality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvementinitiatives within Agile, DevOps, and traditional project environments.
