YOUR ROLE :

- Collaborate closely with Recruitment Advisors to support daily operations;
- Create and post compelling job advertisements that attract top talent in the market;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies;
- Conduct targeted searches using our database, job boards, search engines, and social media platforms;
- Follow up on various requests and communications with candidates;
- Execute and coordinate job posting strategies with external partners and recruitment platforms;
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and technical assessments;
- Maintain accurate candidate records, and ensure the database remains up to date;
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

SKILLS REQUIRED :





- Experience in coordination, administrative, or similar support role;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, with professional-level English proficiency;
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and a high level of comfort with technology and digital tools;
- A proactive, energetic, and collaborative approach to work;
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively;
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a energetic, fast-paced environment.
