We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook for our recent restaurant opening in Fall 2026. Your tasks will include daily food prep, supporting Cook 1 and Cook 2, and maintaining stock levels of ingredients. You’ll ensure that every dish meets our high standards while working collaboratively with the culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete daily preparation tasks accurately and timely
• Prepare meats, seafood, and vegetables to specification
• Make sauces, marinades, and spice blends according to standards
• Measure and portion ingredients for consistency
• Maintain clean and organized preparation areas
Requirements:
• Experience in quick-paced kitchen environments
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs independently
• Robust manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Effective communication with team members
