Overview

Our client, a full-service, mid-sized law firm located in downtown Vancouver, is seeking a full-time Intermediate Litigation Paralegal to join their litigation department.

Base pay range

CA$80,000.00/yr - CA$90,000.00/yr

What You Bring
5–10 years of relevant paralegal experience (litigation focus preferred).
Completion of a Paralegal program is considered an asset.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent document drafting abilities and keen attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure.
High level of accuracy, reliability, and initiative.
Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe, and eDiscovery software.
Salary range: CA$80,000–CA$90,000 , commensurate with experience.

Who You Are
A team-oriented qualified with experience in insurance defence and construction litigation .
Highly organized, able to work independently, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A strong communicator with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Create, organize,



and maintain document databases using eDiscovery software.
Review files, identify legal issues, and ensure all relevant records and documents are obtained.
Assist counsel in preparing for examinations for discovery, mediations, and trials.
Prepare, draft, and manage legal documentation, including court applications, chronologies, and trial briefs.
