Join H&R; Blocks dynamic team as a Seasonal Tax Professional and play a vital role in delivering exceptional tax services to our diverse client base.

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED through our VIRTUAL on-line classes of tax academy. Classes start early September and run weekly until December.

The energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your newly acquired tax expertise.

As a key contributor during the tax season, you will assist with preparing accurate tax returns and ensuring compliance with current regulations. Your attention to detail is a must to help our clients navigate complex tax scenarios confidently while gaining valuable experience in tax preparation field.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and review individual tax returns with precision and efficiciency.
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial documents to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide guidance on tax-related questions while maintaining transparency about process steps.




- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the team by managing multiple deadlines and maintaining organized records of all tax filings and related documentation.

Qualifications

- You MUST take and pass the H&R; Block Tax Academy Level 1 class with a minimum grade of 80%. No exceptions.
- Ability to communicate with clients quickly and efficiently.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak tax season while maintaining high-quality standards.
