The Team

Leader will facilitate a high-performing workplace through effective team leadership and operational monitoring. You will identify areas for improvement and optimize processes to meet the company’s goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor team workflows to meet operational targets
- Ensure quality assurance across all operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Track attendance and manage payroll duties
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions Requirements:
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Previous outdoor yard work experience is favorable
- Knowledge of forklift operations is an asset
