- Provide proactive support to 1-2 senior partners
- Mentor an evolving team of Executive Assistants
- Oversee the creation of an EA onboarding playbook
- Assess and implement the latest technology tools
- Create a partner feedback loop for service quality improvement Requirements:
- 5+ years in EA roles with senior executives
- 2+ years managing and developing staff
- Experience enhancing EA or operational functions
- Familiarity with productivity and AI tools
