Massage Addict Saint John is hiring a Team Leader! We’re looking for someone with proven management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. If you’re passionate about helping a clinic grow and enjoy working in a dynamic, client-focused setting, we want to hear from you.

As Team Leader, you’ll oversee daily clinic operations, drive revenue, manage staff recruitment and scheduling, and deliver exceptional client service. You’ll foster a motivating environment, support staff development, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. This role requires flexibility, including availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Motivate and manage staff, ensuring effective communication and positive workplace culture
- Train new and existing staff using Franchise Systems manuals
- Oversee client file maintenance and confidentiality
- Manage staff scheduling and clinic coverage




- Follow up on cancellations and missed appointments
- Deliver top-notch client service, including front desk duties
- Promote clinic services and memberships
- Support administrative tasks and keep the clinic clean and welcoming
- Perform laundry and support duties as needed

Requirements:
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Mandatory management experience
- Flexible availability for various shifts, including some weekends

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
