In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health and reporting to the Program Lead – Specialized Services or designate, the Clinician is responsible for providing primary therapeutic, case management and mental health and substance use support services for assigned clients, whether they are in hospital, residential or community settings. Such services are provided where and as required, in accordance with care plans agreed to by the inter‑qualified clinical team, the individual and family.
