HireLoft Recruitment is proud to represent a well-established healthcare organization in downtown Toronto in their search for an Accounts Payable Supervisor.

This is a leadership role for someone ready to fully own and strengthen the AP function in a multi-entity setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and oversee the full AP cycle in NetSuite
Supervise and mentor AP team members
Review invoice coding, approvals, and payment processing
Oversee vendor reconciliations and aging reports
Ensure solid internal controls and compliance
Manage escalations and vendor relationships professionally
Support month‑end close and accrual preparation
Identify process improvements and implement efficiencies
Protect the organization from financial and operational risk

What We’re Looking For:
5–7+ years of progressive AP experience
Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
Strong ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
Robust reconciliation, problem‑solving, and accountability mindset
Able to work fully onsite in downtown Toronto
Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance
