As a key member of the Constituency Office, you will support the MLA by assisting constituents with provincial government interactions and enhancing community engagement. Your responsibilities might include preparing communication materials, managing daily office operations, and supervising volunteers. Key Responsibilities:



- Assist constituents with government-related inquiries and referrals - Support the MLA's community outreach initiatives actively - Prepare and manage communications including newsletters and mailings - Oversee daily operations of the Constituency Office effectively - Recruit, train, and mentor office volunteers as needed
Requirements: - Knowledge of Current Democratic Party policies and government structures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bookkeeping functions - Familiarity with Burnaby community issues essential - Fluency in Czech or Slovak and valid BC driver’s license needed
