Key Responsibilities:
• Improve H&S; programs specifically for DHC-515 assembly
• Oversee compliance audits and manage risk assessments
• Guide the implementation of safety training initiatives
• Maintain incident management systems and reporting
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workspace safety

Requirements:
• 5+ years of program management level experience
• 10+ years in Health & Safety roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Direct experience with emergency response plans
• Significant understanding of regulatory compliance
