This role requires a proactive approach to protect ALO's brand and gather crucial insights from store operations. Partnering closely with the Regional Asset Protection Manager, you’ll implement comprehensive loss prevention programs across multiple sanctuaries and conduct thorough investigations of incidents affecting store safety. Training and educating team members on loss prevention practices will be key to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor store activities and identify suspicious behaviors
• Collaborate with law enforcement on investigations
• Conduct store walks to ensure compliance standards
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations of findings
• Support internal investigations into dishonesty
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in retail loss prevention or security
• Robust analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of asset protection laws
