In the full-time role of Vice President Sport Performance, you will provide strategic oversight for Canada’s Olympic and Paralympic preparations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will guide interdisciplinary teams, build partnerships with National Sport Organizations, and implement effective performance plans. Your leadership will ensure OTP's investments align with enhancing Canada’s medal potential across sports.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement evidence-based performance approaches for athletes
• Guide technical assessments and reviews of sports programs




• Collaborate on national and international Games planning
• Monitor and report on performance investment outcomes
• Cultivate a high-performing technical team

Requirements:
• Advanced degree in sport-related discipline or equivalent
• 10 years of leadership experience in high-performance sports
• Extensive knowledge of Canada’s sport system and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
