In this pivotal role, you will partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams as a subject matter expert in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Your responsibilities include guiding complex integrations and ensuring financial solution delivery for enterprise clients.

You will represent Ramp while collaborating effectively with internal teams to advance our product capabilities and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main Technical Consultant for Oracle Cloud enterprises
Advise on high-value integrations and system designs




Assess customer requirements to propose fitting solutions
Collaborate on technical workstreams for customer success
Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Cloud integration challenges

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in computer science, finance, or related field
4+ years in technical consulting within a SaaS or fintech workplace
3+ years working directly with Oracle Fusion Cloud
Familiarity with financial workflows and APIs
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
