This role involves supervising teams and executing fieldwork using advanced methodologies in archaeology. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high-quality standards while working collaboratively with technical advisors and Indigenous partners. This agile position offers significant responsibilities during a busy archaeological field season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead excavation and survey operations
• Supervise archaeological technicians and field data collection
• Ensure adherence to MCM guidelines




• Maintain relationships with Indigenous communities
• Support in the development of technical methods
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in archaeology or relevant discipline
• Over one year of supervisory experience preferred
• Familiarity with archaeological resources and artifacts
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Solid attention to detail
