Lead implementation of the Master Plan and cultural initiatives
Develop policies and funding frameworks for the arts sector




Build strong relationships with community organizations and stakeholders
Champion arts and culture in municipal and public spaces
Provide strategic advice to leadership and secure funding

Requirements:
Experience in strategic planning and policy development
Knowledge of municipal governance and community development
Robust communication and facilitation skills
Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder settings
Membership in a relevant skilled association is an asset
