Mission

I am looking for an Accounting Analyst for a company in the distribution sector in Montreal.

Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the preparation of periodic financial statements and the analysis of financial results
Conducting budget variance analyses
Preparing various financial reports and analyses for management
Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate identified discrepancies
Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions
Prepare and post adjusting and end-of-period journal entries
-Ensure the accuracy, integrity,



and reliability of financial information
-Participate in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls
-Collaborate on the preparation of documentation required for external audits
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes
-Perform any other related tasks

Your profile

Your Profile:
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA certification obtained or in progress
-3 to 5 years of accounting experience
-Proficiency in Excel
-Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system (a plus)
-Bilingual in French and English
